  • Adult over 18: $200.00 - This includes a microear and / or cerumen / TYMP

• Established Patient follow-up ​

  • Child 18 and under: $75.00​ - This includes a microear and / or cerumen / TYMP

  • Adult over 18: $100.00 - This includes a microear and / or cerumen / TYMP

• Cerumen only: $75.00

• Hearing Test: $150.00 – separate fee from office visit

• New Patient with Scope - included OV and scope sinus, hoarseness, polyps, etc. 

  • Child 18 and under: $250.00​

  • Adult over 18: $350

• Tongue Tie - $375.00 - includes office visit and tongue clipping

• Epistaxis: $450.00 – includes office visit and both sides / one side $300.00

• Nasal Fracture Reduction - $425.00 - includes office visit and fracture reduction

• Ear Tubes (in-office) - $275.00 per ear

• Torn Ear Lobe Repair - $450.00

• Lip BX for Sjogren's - $400.00 - University of Texas separate fee (210-567-1406)

• Foreign Body Removal Ear or Nose - $250.00

• Myringoplasty - $900

• Injection - Intramuscular including MED - $20
