• IMG- All prices below include ASC fees and anesthesia

• Ear Tubes: $1600.00

• Tonsils and Adenoids: $2000.00

• Adenoids: $1800.00

• Epistaxis: $1600.00 1 side / $1800.00 both sides

• Septo and Turbs: $4500.00 – includes 3 debridements

                                                                                    Self-pay rates are intended for non-insured patients. Cost is based on the current Florida Medicare fee schedule times 125%. 

 

Insured rates will vary depending on the provider’s contract with your insurance. Our office staff will verify your benefits prior to your appointment and collect any co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductibles at the time of services. If you have questions about your specific insurance benefits please contact your insurance carrier. 

 

Our office does offer Care Credit.
